Who's who in Coexist International Magazine

Initial funding: Alan B. Slifka

Businessman Alan B. Slifka's family foundation funded the first issue of the magazine and supports the website. Slifka, a passionate advocate of the coexistence ideal, also founded the Abraham Fund to promote Jewish-Arab projects, and The Coexistence Initiative.

Project director: Dr Irit Keynan

Dr. Irit Keynan is a professional historian and Haifa University lecturer. She was a founding executive director of the Yitzhak Rabin Center for Israel Studies. She is on the executive board of Weizmann Institute Archives and board of the Strochlitz Institute of Holocaust Studies, Haifa University. She taught at Tel Aviv University school of education and Jewish history departments. She has written numerous articles on Holocaust survivors and a book on the same subject which won the prestigious Yitzhak Sadeh Prize in 1997.
